- Standard Shipping: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: We ship all our packages with Express shipping. The average charge for Canada for sending up to one pound weight sits between $19 to $28. We only charge our customers a flat fee of $15.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- Within major cities: Delivery can typically be expected within 2-5 business days.
- Rural areas or remote locations: Delivery may take 5-7 business days.
We use trusted, reliable couriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package.
2. Discreet Packaging
At SHAFAA, we understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of the contents, ensuring your personal information and product details remain confidential. 3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada. For orders below $150, a flat shipping rate will apply, and this will be clearly displayed at checkout. 4. Delivery to P.O. Boxes
We ship to PO Boxes too. However, we use couriers for most of our shipments and most of the times, they don’t have access to your mailbox – if they are located in an unsupervised area.

Return Policy
