Each tea bag of microdosing Mushroom Tea blend contains:

• • 2.5 grams of Warm herbs
  • 200 mg of Penis Envy mushrooms.

Each tea bag of macrodose Mushroom Tea blend contains:

• • 2.5 grams of Warm herbs
  • 1.0 gram of Penis Envy mushrooms.
  • A 100% food grade premium disposable tea bag

Safe Use & Harm Reduction: How to Take Mushroom Tea Bags

For Microdosing:

• Take one tea bag for each day of microdosing
• Let the tea bag sits for 15 min in hot water
• Give it a few minutes and then drink the tea slowly
