Terence Mckenna, an ethnobotanist, psychonaut, mystic, author, and lecturer featured in many podcasts, claims to have found one in the Amazon Rainforest.

Many fans of this strain of shroom believe that the most plausible theory is that the strain was birthed out of the Amazonian psilocybe cubensis mushrooms, which Terence McKenna took to his garden in Hawaii. However, without evidence to support this claim, we can’t state it as facts simply because people believe it to be true. Unfortunately, many so-called facts stated are unsubstantiated.

The different penis envy shrooms variations have many people confused, and at times, people may identify the wrong specimens as being Penis Envy shrooms, which can be devastating if used. One of the latest revelations is that Penis Envy results from a recessive genetic mutation. In other words, the mushrooms should exhibit two mutant copies, or they may have the same properties as the original strain. Fortunately, this claim comes from labs, which found that Penis Envy mushrooms can end up reverting and looking like cubensis mushrooms.
